Her expertise spans cocktail making, silver service, and table decorating, along with responsibilities in housekeeping, laundry, and guest service. Nicole has demonstrated exceptional multitasking and time management skills, including acting as a sole stewardess during a yard period, where she handled provisioning, inventories, and contractor coordination with ease.

Nicole is highly regarded for her creativity in service, attention to detail, and adaptability to new challenges. Her artistic flair and passion for yoga, which includes pursuing a 200-hour teacher training, enhance her ability to provide a world-class experience for guests.

Genevieve Masters was born in Hong Kong, where her family was working at the time, and she spent her early years living across Asia, including Tokyo and Hong Kong.
